[ ] Personal appearance of the child
[ ] PSA-registered Certificate of Live Birth or Report of Birth + one (1) photocopy
[ ] Parent’s PSA Certificate of Marriage/ MECO-registered Report of Marriage + one (1) photocopy
[ ] Filipino parent/s Philippine passport + one (1) photocopy
[ ] Personal appearance of Filipino parent
[ ] Processing fee: TWD2,000.00
For minors whose births in Taiwan have yet to be reported at the Manila Economic and Cultural Office, please check here for more information.
Additional Requirements:
In cases where the minor child is included in parent’s Reacquisition/ Retention of Philippine Citizenship (RA9255) document - Bureau of Immigration/ MECO Reacquisition (RA9225) document + one (1) photocopy of the following:
[ ] Order;
[ ] Order of Approval;
[ ] Oath of Allegiance;
[ ] Identification Certificate, If Any.
[ ] Court order awarding guardianship of the minor child, duly authenticated by the foreign government office
[ ] PSA-registered Certificate of Marriage with annotation on nullity (annulment) or recognition of divorce of marriage
[ ] Court order awarding guardianship to minor child, duly authenticated by the foreign government office
[ ]Passport of guardian + one (1) photocopy
B. FOR CLIENTS WHO HAVE RECENTLY UNDERGONE REACQUISITION/RETENTION (RA9225) OF PHILIPPINE CITIZENSHIP:
[ ] Personal Appearance of applicant
[ ] Bureau of Immigration/ MECO Reacquisition/ Retention of Philippine Citizenship (RA9225) document + one (1) photocopy of the following:
[ ] PSA Certificate of Live Birth + one (1) photocopy
[ ] PSA Certificate of Marriage/ MECO-registered Report of Marriage + one (1) photocopy
[ ] Taiwan/ Foreign passport + one (1) photocopy
