台灣護照持有者的免簽證入境說明

Taiwan passport holders are permitted to enter the Philippines without a visa for a stay of up to fourteen (14) days, provided the following requirements are met:

持台灣護照者可免簽入境菲律賓最長14天，惟須符合以下條件：

· A passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond the contemplated period of stay,

護照有效期必須在預定停留期結束後仍有至少六（6）個月效期

· Confirmed hotel accommodation/booking,

已確認之飯店住宿預訂資料

· Proof of financial capacity,

足以支付在菲期間費用的財力證明

· A return or onward ticket to the next country of destination,

回程或前往第三國的機票

· No derogatory record with the Bureau of Immigration.

在菲律賓移民局無不良紀錄。

NOTE / 注意:

·   This visa-free entry privilege does not apply to holders of diplomatic/official passports.

該免簽待遇不適用於持外交或公務護照者。

·   The 14-day stay is non-extendable and non-convertible to other visa categories.  Visitors must depart the Philippines before the 14-day period expires.

14天的停留期不得延長，亦不得轉換其他簽證種類；旅客必須於14天期限屆滿前離境。

·   Those who intend to stay in the Philippines for more than fourteen (14) days, or those whose travel purposes involve activities requiring permits or qualifications (e.g., study, employment), a sticker visa must be secured prior to entering the Philippines. ·   All travelers entering or leaving the Philippines are required to register their arrival and departure details through the eTravel platform. For inbound travelers, registration may be completed within 72 hours prior to arrival in the Philippines. eTravel registration is FREE OF CHARGE and can be done via Philippine Travel Information System (eTravel).

1.   I plan to travel to the Philippines and stay for less than fourteen (14) days. Can I still apply for an ETA or a sticker visa?

我計劃前往菲律賓並停留不超過14天，我可以申請電子旅行許可（ETA）或紙本簽證嗎？

Yes. MECO continues to accept and process visa applications from Taiwan nationals, regardless of their intended length of stay in the Philippines. You may apply online for an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) or submit your application for a sticker visa as usual.

是的，本辦事處仍然接受並處理台灣國籍人士的簽證申請，無論預定在菲律賓的停留時間長短。您可以像往常一樣線上申請旅遊許可（ETA）或提交紙本簽證申請。

2.   What is considered proof of financial capacity required by immigration authorities in the Philippines? 菲律賓移民局可以接受的財力證明有哪些?

The documents required to be presented to immigration authorities will depend on the circumstances of the traveler and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. However, should a traveler be required to present proof of financial capacity, the following documents may be considered: bank statements, credit card statements, or a certificate of employment that specifies position and monthly income details. Documents presented to immigration authorities should all be in ENGLISH.

移民局所要求的文件將根據旅客的具體情況而有所不同，並會依個案評估。如旅客被要求提供財力證明，則可能會考慮以下文件：如銀行存摺、信用卡對帳單，或載明職位與月薪細節的在職證明書即可作為證明。所有提交給移民局的文件必須為英文版本。

3.   I am a parent traveling with my minor child (below 15 years old), what documents should I bring?  

我陪同15歲以下親生孩子同行，應準備什麼文件?

Parents traveling with their minor child must present the most recent, original ENGLISH VERSION of the Household Registration Transcript (or Birth Certificate) to confirm the parent-child or legal guardian relationship.

與未成年子女同行的父母必須出示最新的英文戶籍謄本正本(或英文出生證明），以確認親子或法定監護人關係。

4.   I am an adult accompanying a minor child, but I am not the child’s parent. What documents do I need to bring? 

若我陪同親戚朋友家的小孩/繼子女/孫輩/學生們旅行，請問我需要攜帶哪些文件？

For adults traveling with a minor child who is not their own, they must bring the following: Affidavit of Consent and Request (for Waiver of Exclusion Ground [WEG]) as authenticated by MECO, a photocopy of the passport of the parent who executed the WEG, and a processing fee of PHP 3,620 per child payable in cash to the Philippine Bureau of Immigration upon arrival. Should the immigration authorities require proof of relationship between the minor and their parents, this can be shown by presenting the English Version of the minor’s Household Registration Transcript.

成年人陪同非親生的未成年人時，須備妥以下文件：馬尼拉經濟文化辦事處（MECO）認證的《宣誓書》（WEG），簽署宣誓書WEG的父母親護照影本，以及每位未成年人需繳交的菲律賓披索3,620元的辦件費用，該費用須於抵達菲律賓時以現金支付給菲律賓移民局。如移民官要求親屬關係證明，請出示小孩的英文戶籍謄本。

5.   I’m staying with a friend in the Philippines and will not have a hotel reservation. What can I present? 若我計劃住在菲律賓當地友人家，無飯店預訂紀錄，我應提供什麼證明文件？

The documents required to be presented to immigration authorities will depend on the circumstances of the traveler and on a case-by-case basis. However, should a traveler be required to present proof of reservation or accommodation, an invitation letter from your host should suffice. The letter should detail the purpose of your visit, the relationship with your host, trip details (including dates and accommodation), as well as the host’s complete contact information (name, address, and phone number). We recommend that the letter must also include a statement ensuring that the visitor will return to Taiwan before the authorized stay expires.

移民局要求旅客出示的文件會視情況而定，並採個案處理。由菲律賓當地友人出具的邀請函可作為證明。此邀請函需說明來訪目的、與雙方關係、行程細節（包括日期與住宿安排），以及當地聯絡人的完整聯絡資訊（姓名、地址與電話號碼）。我們建議信中也應註明，保證旅客會在可停留期限屆滿前返回台灣。
