公司負責人必須用公司信紙寫一份正式的公文給馬尼拉經濟文化辦事處說明申請多次簽證的理由。這份信也必須包括申請者在公司的職稱，職責與義務。 Using company letterhead, the applicant or manager of the company shall provide a letter stating the purpose of the applicant’s travel to the Philippines and the applicant’s position, duties, and obligations related to his/her travel. The letter should also state that the Taiwan or the Philippine company shall shoulder the applicant’s trip to the Philippines and ensure the applicant’s compliance with local laws.
