Electronic Travel Authorization電子簽證

馬尼拉經濟文化辦事處推出電子旅行授權（ETA）系統，專門為全球持有台灣護照者申請菲律賓臨時旅遊簽證。 ETA 的有效期為三十（30）天，從申請提交並獲得批准的日期開始生效。 在 ETA 有效期限內，持有人可以多次前往菲律賓，每次入境最長可待的天數不超過三十（30）天。

The Manila Economic and Cultural Office launched the Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) System to cater solely to Taiwan passport holders all over the world who wish to travel to the Philippines. The ETA is valid for is thirty (30) days from the date the application is approved and it allows the holder to enter the Philippines multiple times during the validity of the ETA. For every visit, a traveler is allowed to stay in the Philippines for a maximum of thirty (30) days.

滿15歲以上持有台灣護照者可通過本辦事處的官方網站 https://onlinetravel.meco.org.tw/ 進入 (ETA) 系統。 在線上申請書輸入資料開始前，應請準備好旅客的台灣護照，相關個人信息和行程。 電子簽證申請必須在線上完成輸入，過程僅限30分鐘內須完成，否則無法接著後續申辦。本處建議出國前七天內申請。

Taiwan passport holders aged 15 and above can access and use the ETA System via https://onlinetravel.meco.org.tw/. The ETA application shall be accomplished online and takes less than thirty (30) minutes to complete. Applicants are advised to have the details of their Taiwan passports ready before starting the application. Other personal information of the travelers and their itinerary will also be asked.

電子簽證 (ETA) 系統要求使用在台灣任何銀行所發行的信用卡進行付款。 付款後，每份申請將根據個別情況進行審核，若有特殊情況時某些申請的處理時間可能會比其他申請更長，大約兩個工作天之內。

The ETA System requires payment through a credit card issued by any bank in Taiwan. After payment, each application shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processing time shall depend on the unique circumstances of the applicant’s information. Hence, the processing of some applications may take longer than others, but shall not exceed two (2) working days. The ETA shall be valid on the day the application is approved and for thirty (30) days thereafter.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

需要注意的是，ETA 上所顯示的信息是依據申請人所提供的信息。建議 ETA 申請人準確地回答並填寫申請，並在付款前再次檢查所提供的信息是否正確。一旦申請成功並已付款，所提供的相關信息將一律無法更改。若已核發的ETA 上有不正確或不符合的信息，處理費用將不予退還。

It is important to note that the information reflected on the ETA shall be based on the information provided by the applicant. ETA applicants are advised to answer the application accurately and carefully review the information provided before payment. Once the application has been paid, the information provided cannot be changed. Should there be inaccurate information on the ETA issued, the processing fee is non-refundable.
