Translation of Taiwan Driver's License
Filipinos who have a valid Taiwan Driver’s License may have their license translated from Mandarin Chinese to English at the Manila and Economic Cultural Office in Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung for use in the Philippines. Please see requirements below.

Holders of a Taiwan Driver’s License may use the translation for its conversion to an equivalent driver’s license in the Philippines. Further inquiry can be made at the Land Transportation Office (LTO) for the requirements and procedure.

A: No. Each driver’s license shall be translated individually and shall be covered by separate transactions.
