為促進台菲雙邊在農業冷鏈、食品加工與智慧物流等領域的合作，由台灣冷鏈協會（TCCA）、工業技術研究院（ITRI）及馬尼拉經濟文化辦事處（MECO）共同主辦，尊爵天際大飯店贊助支持的「台灣–菲律賓智慧冷鏈應用研討會（The Philippine–Taiwan Intelligent Cold Chain Seminar）」已於5月24日圓滿落幕。
本次活動迎來菲律賓農業部代表團，由農業、行銷與消費者事務助理部長 Genevieve E. Velicaria-Guevarra 領軍，與台灣業界進行交流。台灣冷鏈協會副理事長游文相及工研院服務系統科技中心副執行長陳慧娟全程參與，展現推動台菲雙邊冷鏈合作的高度重視，積極促成產官學鏈結，深化冷鏈智慧物流應用。
研討會議程涵蓋多個具體應用主題。TCCA 秘書長王登賢開場發表「冷鏈協會使命與實踐」、工研院副執行長陳慧娟則剖析「台灣智慧冷鏈物流趨勢」、太陽生鮮與奇美食品分享「冷鏈配送應用實例」；康訊科技、邰利公司與雲之萃顧問公司則介紹最新「最新AI冷鏈技術與衛星車隊管理」。
而尊爵天際大飯店總裁簡瑞璋特別介紹飯店轉型策略，已升級為食品供應鏈新基地，隨即陪同菲國與台灣業界代表，前往「良朋農產有限公司」工廠進行實地參訪，展示台灣農業冷鏈從產地加工到出口的完整解決方案，提升國際對台灣冷鏈技術的信心與合作意願，獲得菲方高度肯定。
台灣冷鏈協會強調，未來將持續攜手政府與民間企業，，拓展南向合作，推動冷鏈產業升級與智慧應用，讓台灣冷鏈技術走向世界，成為亞太地區重要的冷鏈科技樞紐。
In order to promote bilateral cooperation between Taiwan and the Philippines in the fields of agricultural cold chain, food processing and smart logistics, the "Philippine-Taiwan Intelligent Cold Chain Seminar" co-organized by the Taiwan Cold Chain Association (TCCA), the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) and the Manila Economic and Cultural Office (MECO) and sponsored by the Grand Skyline Hotel was successfully concluded on May 24.
The event welcomed a delegation from the Philippine Department of Agriculture, led by Assistant Secretary for Agriculture, Marketing and Consumer Affairs Genevieve E. Velicaria-Guevarra, to exchange ideas with the Taiwanese industry. Vice Chairman of the Taiwan Cold Chain Association You Wenxiang and Deputy Executive Director of the Service System Technology Center of the Industrial Technology Research Institute Chen Huijuan participated in the whole event, demonstrating their high attention to promoting bilateral cold chain cooperation between Taiwan and the Philippines, actively promoting the link between industry, government and academia, and deepening the application of cold chain smart logistics.
The seminar agenda covered a number of specific application topics. TCCA Secretary General Wang Dengxian opened the event with a speech on "The Mission and Practice of the Cold Chain Association", ITRI Vice President Chen Huijuan analyzed "Taiwan's Smart Cold Chain Logistics Trends", Sun Fresh and Chi Mei Foods shared "Cold Chain Distribution Application Examples", and Kangxun Technology, Taili Company and Yunzhicui Consulting Company introduced the latest "Latest AI Cold Chain Technology and Satellite Fleet Management".
The President of Grand Skyline Hotel, Jian Ruizhang, specifically introduced the hotel's transformation strategy, which has been upgraded to a new base for the food supply chain. He then accompanied representatives from the Philippines and Taiwan industries to visit the factory of "Liang Peng Agricultural Products Co., Ltd." to demonstrate Taiwan's complete agricultural cold chain solution from production processing to export, enhancing international confidence in Taiwan's cold chain technology and willingness to cooperate, which was highly recognized by the Philippines.
The Taiwan Cold Chain Association emphasized that it will continue to work with the government and private enterprises in the future to expand cooperation with the South, promote the upgrading and smart application of the cold chain industry, let Taiwan's cold chain technology go global, and become an important cold chain technology hub in the Asia-Pacific region.
