The Manila Economic and Cultural Office has received from COMELEC the Digital Overseas Voter’s ID of registered voters under its jurisdiction.

You may refer to Certified List of Voter’s o CLOV to check if you are a registered overseas voter under the MECO Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung.

No printed copies will be made available. Voters who wish to have physical copies will have to download and print their own file.
