The Philippines will no longer require Filipinos and foreigners who have received their primary series COVID-19 vaccine and at least one COVID-19 booster shot to present a negative RT-PCR/antigen test upon arrival in the country starting 30 May 2022.

According to the IATF Resolution No. 168 dated 26 May 2022, an individual shall be deemed “fully vaccinated" against COVID-19 only if they received the second (2nd) dose in a 2-dose series or a single dose COVID-19 vaccine more than fourteen (14) days prior to the date and time of departure from the country of origin/port of embarkation.

The resolution further provides that foreign nationals entering the Philippines are only encouraged, not required, to present a travel insurance upon entry.

Since 1 April, all fully vaccinated foreign travelers, including Taiwanese, no longer need to undergo quarantine when entering the Philippines.

As such, the Manila Economic and Cultural Office has started issuing single or multiple-entry tourist visas including transit visas to Taiwanese.

菲律賓政府宣布，自2022年5月30日起，菲律賓籍國人和外籍旅客若已完全接種疫苗且以施打追加劑者，超過十四(14)天以上。入境菲律賓時，則不需出示COVID-19核酸檢測(RT-PCR)或抗原快篩(antigen)的陰性報告

根據 2022 年 5 月 26 日的 IATF跨部會疫情專案小組 第 168 號決議，只有在您已施打了 兩劑系列疫苗中的第二劑 或 單劑 系列COVID-19 疫苗時，才被視為“完全接種”者。且須在入境菲律賓的十四 (14) 天前施打完成。

同時菲律賓政府鼓勵外籍旅客在菲期間應有旅遊醫療保險，但不強制規定。

自 4 月 1 日起，所有已全面接種疫苗的外國旅客，包括台灣人，在進入菲律賓時不需要進行隔離檢疫。

由此，馬尼拉經濟文化辦事處已恢復核發單次和多次旅遊簽證及過境簽證。
