In wake of Taiwan’s Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) downgrade of the pandemic alert to Level 2, the Manila Economic and Cultural Office will continue to observe the provisions set by the CECC from July 27 2021.

All transactions, including renewal and claiming of passports as well as transactions with POLO/OWWA, SSS, and Pag-IBIG, will remain strictly BY APPOINTMENT BASIS ONLY. This is to prevent overcrowding and to establish a database that would facilitate convenient contact tracing.

For passport renewal:

·      Those whose appointments were affected by the Level 3 measures, will be contacted for rescheduling. Please do not cancel your existing appointments.

·      Those with appointments from 27 July 2021 onwards, your appointments will stand and may proceed to MECO on your scheduled date and time.

For passport releasing:

Those who wish to claim their passports, you may do one of the following:

·      book an appointment to personally claim your passport

·      coordinate with your brokers to book an appointment and claim your passport

·      send a message to the official MECO Facebook page with “#MAILPASSPORT” to get an application form and instructions for the mailing of your new passport

Alinsunod sa anunsyo ng Taiwan Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) sa pagbaba ng pandemic alert sa level 2, ang Manila Economic and Cultural Office ay magpapatuloy na obserbahan ang mga probisyon ng CECC mula 27 Hulyo 2021.

Lahat ng transaksyon, kasama ang pagpapa-renew at pagkuha ng passport, pagpapa-notaryo o authenticate, pati ang mga sasadyain niyo sa POLO/OWWA, SSS, at Pag-IBIG, ay magpapatuloy na sa pamamagitan ng APPOINTMENT LAMANG.

Para sa pagpapa-renew ng passport:

·      Ang mga apektadong appointment noong 16 May 2021 hanggang 26 Hulyo 2021 ay i-rereschedule. Huwag kanselahin ang mga nakuha niyong appointment.

·      Ang mga may appointment mula 27 July 2021, tuloy ang inyong mga appointment at maaari kayong magpatuloy sa MECO sa iyong naka-iskedyul na petsa.

Para sa pag-release ng bagong passport:

Ang mga may passport na mag-eexpire ng Nobyembre 2021 at mas maaga, maaaring gawin ang mga sumusunod:

·      makipag-ugnay sa MECO para makapag-schedule ng release ng inyong passport

·      lumapit sa inyong mga broker para sa pagkuha ng inyong passport

·      mag-message sa opisyal na Facebook pgae ng MECO gamit ang “#MAILPASSPORT” upang makakuha ng application form at instructions para sa pagpapadala ng iyong bagong passport

因應目前新冠肺炎全國疫情警戒疫情趨於穩定，馬尼拉經濟文化辦事處依據中央流行疫情指揮中心解封降級之通案性指引，從7月27日採取下列防疫措施 

所有項目皆採預約制，包括文件認證或公證、換發護照、領取護照、海外選民登記、菲律賓勞工業務相關事宜(勞動合約驗證，案件申訴調解等)、菲律賓社會勞工保險、民宅共同基金等。以上規範係保障辦公場所內不會過度擁擠而產生群聚，且為了便於配合現行實聯制之措施 

護照更新相關：  

·       若您的預約受到三級警戒的影響，我們將會聯繫您，協助預約新的日期，請不要取消您原本的預約記錄 

·       若您的預約是7月27日之後，您可按照預約的日期及時間來辦理
