With the extension of the level 3 pandemic alert throughout Taiwan and to observe the provisions set by the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC), all offices of the Manila Economic and Cultural Office will continue to limit its regular services (including Sunday operations) until 28 June 2021. 

Affected appointments including notarial/authentication, renewal and claiming of passports as well as transactions with OAV, POLO/OWWA, SSS, and Pag-IBIG during these times will be rescheduled. Do not cancel approved appointments. 

Our offices will remain open only to serve emergency or urgent matters and will strictly be by appointment only.

For passport renewal:

Those whose passports will expire by September 2021 should contact MECO to schedule an emerenc renewal.

For passport releasing:

Those whose passports will expire by October 2021 and their new passports are available for claiming, you may contact MECO to schedule the immediate release of your passport or coordinate with your brokers to claim your passport.

Marahil sa paglaganap ng COVID-19 virus at sa ng pagsunod ng mga probisyon na nanggaling sa Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC), ang Manila Economic and Cultural ay magpapatuloy na lilimitahin ang mga regular na serbisyo nito (kasama ang mga Linggo) hanggang 28 June 2021.

Ang mga kliyente na may appointment sa pagpapa-notaryo, pagapapa-renew at pagkuha ng passport pati ang mga sasadyain sa OAV, POLO/OWWA, SSS, at Pag-IBIG  sa susunod na mga linggo ay inaabisuhan na maghintay ng anunsyo para sa rescheduling. Huwag kanselahin ang mga nakuhang appointment.

Ang mga opisina ng MECO ay mananatiling bukas lamang para sa may mga lubos na pangangaliangan at mahigpit na sa pamamagitan ng appointment lamang.

Para sa pagpapa-renew ng passport:

Ang mga may passport na mag-eexpire ng Setyembre 2021 at mas maaga, mangyaring makipag-ugnay sa MECO para makapag-schedule ng emergency renewal

Para sa pag-release ng bagong passport:

Ang mga may passport na mag-eexpire ng Oktubre 2021 at mas maaga, mangyaring makipag-ugnay sa MECO para makapag-schedule o lumapit sa inyong mga broker para sa releasing ng inyong passport.

Mangyaring tumawag lamang sa mga oras ng bukas ang opisina.
